Currently we are looking for Photography Support Representatives with Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian
Objectives:
“The primary role of the Photography Support Representative is to provide first class support to customers of a leading photography hardware manufacturer”
Responsibilities:
• Provide first class support within a call center environment to customers, primarily via telephone but also using Web and Email services
• Achieve and maintain service level statistics on an individual and team level
• Effective use of the systems and tools available to the Support Centre
• Track & document customer & problem information in the client call logging system
• Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance of other team members
• Achieve company standard quality scores
Personal Success Profile:
• Good knowledge and understanding of photography basics and computer operating systems
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment when necessary
• Attention to detail
• Fluent in English, Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian
• Flexibility to work various shifts and good time management skills
• Previous exposure and experience of using photographic equipment would be advantageous
